Tactical Tech is an international NGO working to enhance campaigning and advocacy through the use of new technologies.
We are looking for a highly organised and experienced individual, dedicated to human rights and marginalised community issues, who would enjoy working collaboratively with a dynamic, fast pace team and welcome the challenge of playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the organisation.
Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the organisation, the Director of Operations, will play a crucial role in
anchoring the organisation and helping it realise its full potential. Working closely with the Executive Director, the Director of Operations will lay the foundations that will enable Tactical Tech to continue its innovative and dynamic work.
Tactical Tech has a consultancy and staff base of fifteen, an annual turnover of 800,000 Euros and 15 projects in operation. We are looking for a highly organised and experienced individual, dedicated to human rights and marginalised community issues, who would enjoy working collaboratively with a dynamic, fast pace team and welcome the challenge of playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the organisation.
The successful candidate will be an operations professional with a proven track record in financial management, managing HR and project delivery.
