Wanted an Executive Director for Positive People, the oldest NGO working in the field of HIV/AIDS in Goa. The candidate should have a Masters Degree, preferably in Social Work, with at least 10 years experience in the Social / NGO sector, of which at least 5 years should be in a Managerial position. The candidate should have leadership qualities and be capable of handling multiple projects and leading a team. Experience in HIV/AIDS and project proposal writing essential.
Salary will be in the range of Rs.15,000/- to 18,000/-, depending on experience and capability. Selected candidates will be required to attend an interview in Goa and IInd class to and fro train fare will be reimbursed.
