2. Minimum of 1 years of experience in an office setting.
3. Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and internet usage.
4. Adequate oral communication skills in English and Tamil.
5. Shorthand/ typewriting highly desirable.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Helps administrative and program staff with typing, travel booking and hotel reservations.
* Assists with vouchering.
* Maintains office supply and equipment inventory, and assists with procurement.
