Job details SAATHII - Hyderabad Job Opportunity in Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission in India



SAATHII a capacity building agency currently coordinating Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission programs funded by Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation that are being implemented in four high prevalence states at 119 Health Care facilities. EGPAF-Consortium office located at SAATHII-Hyderabad has following immediate opening. 1. Technical Manager (Job Code: HYD-TM-0807)



Responsibilities:



1. Monitoring & Evaluation:
1. Develop uniform data collection tools
2. Gather data on ongoing basis from the implementing partners
3. Develop centralized data systems for data storing
4. Analyse and interpret data
5. Develop synthesis reports of partner technical report
2. Research and Documentation
1. Coordinate operational research among EGPAF–Consortium partners using quantitative and qualitative research methods.
2. Develop Operational Procedures Manual.
3. Develop Best Practices.
3. Technical Assistance:
1. Provide technical assistance to the EGPAF-Consortium partners through training and onsite mentorship.
2. Planning and coordinating trainings for EGPAF-Consortium partners.
3. Liaison with state and central government.



Qualifications:



* Educational background in social sciences, public health, medicine or statistics
* Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in monitoring and evaluation of large programs
* Experience in design and implementation of qualitative and quantitative research studies.
* Experience in managing large data bases
* Ability to work with large network of health care partners from the government, private and non-governmental sectors
* Experience in coordinating trainings, meetings and events
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
* Willing to travel to six high prevalence states.
* Willing to work flexible hours.
