Job Summary:
To provide counseling to HIV positive Children and families
To develop and conduct support group
To undertake group education and awareness programs
Behavior change communication through various modalities with various group
Developing and implementing research protocols
Documenting all aspects of project activities
Monitoring Outreach workers
Reporting
Core Competencies:
Ø Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi and English
Ø Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ø Good team membership
Ø Computer skills
Qualification:
Post graduate degree in social sciences
